Shipping Policy
We're proud to offer Worldwide Shipping on ALL Items! Tracking and secure checkout are provided for all orders.
To ensure a fast delivery, please check that the delivery address is correct and the payment has been processed or successful. TRQWH will not be held liable for any shipments sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer. We only deliver to the address indicated in your TRQWH Online Order.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
When will my order be processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. Please select the correct model and color when ordering because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
Orders will be processed within three business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day.
All orders are handled and shipped out from our USA, UK, or China warehouse locations. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after five business days from the day you completed your payment.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders from our USA, UK, or China factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:

These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean your item arrives slightly later than this.
Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Tracking your order
All orders include tracking information generally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.
You can also track your order using your tracking number here.
As the receiver, it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise, if the order has been tagged as a return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free, and you may need to place the order again.
I didn't receive my order
Please email us at hello@trqwh.co quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.
What about customs fees/taxes?
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. The customs office of the specific destination determines these charges. Payment of these charges and taxes is the recipient's responsibility and will not be covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries with a very low or no tax-free threshold. If customs charge fees, they are payable by the recipient.
Customs & Regulations
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items not accepted into the specific country.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Route. Route will contact you with all insurance info and terms via email.
Route will inform you of the shipping and tracking for your package, regardless of whether you have purchased the insurance.
If your item becomes lost, stolen, or damaged in transit - you can file a claim with route directly at this page: https://claims.route.com
Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
Cancellation & Exchanges
Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please email us at hello@trqwh.co to check if changes or cancellations are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
My item is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
Please send us an email at hello@trqwh.co for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
Can I return my order and get a refund?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your TRQWH order. If you want to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, our TRQWH support team (hello@trqwh.co) is here to help you.
